What data do I need before purchasing?+
Before payment, you only need enough context for the fit check: AI tools in use or under evaluation, governance owner if known, and whether evidence is scattered or centralised. The full checklist is previewed publicly, but uploads happen after payment.
How long does it actually take?+
The default evidence window is five days after payment. If the buyer does not complete every upload, the file still ships as a limited assessment with missing or unknown items marked. Delivery target is 7-10 days after payment.
What if I'm not satisfied?+
Full refund within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked. We'd rather you leave with a refund than with a file you don't trust.
Do I need a Moirai subscription?+
No active subscription is required to start AI Governance Setup. You need a Moirai account for the protected intake portal. Annual SaaS is offered on the delivery call because the baseline file goes stale without an operating record.
Is this for a single site or our whole network?+
Per-practice. If you're a multi-site network on the Scale plan, the analysis covers all sites under your account. Enterprise customers receive a per-site breakdown plus a network-level summary.
